  • Zero Extra Cost: Even if an order is routed from our central hub, shipping remains 100% FREE, and all customs/taxes remain fully paid by us.

💰 Customs, Taxes & Duties (DDP)

  • Most Countries (US, UK, EU, CA, AU, etc.): We ship under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms. All customs clearance, import fees, and VAT/taxes are 100% covered by intelamp. What you pay at checkout is the absolute final price.
  • Exceptions: For a few selected non-standard territories (e.g., Switzerland), local customs duties are subject to regional import regulations and handled by the recipient if applicable.

🔍 Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • Instant Tracking: As soon as your shipping label is created, a tracking number and direct tracking link are sent to your email.
  • Split Shipments: If you ordered multiple products, they may ship from different fulfillment hubs to get them to you faster. You will receive tracking numbers for each parcel at no additional charge.
