Orders

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the 17 track website.

Returns
Within 30 days from the date the undamaged product is delivered to the specified address, if you find any quality issues with the product, you can request to return it and receive a full refund.
If the return is due to reasons unrelated to the product's quality, such as personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Solar Lights
Most Intelamp solar lights use large-capacity batteries (4000mAh–20000mAh) and high-efficiency solar panels. After a full day of sunlight charging (about 5–8 hours), the lights can typically run all night.
In motion-sensor mode, many models can operate for up to 3 consecutive nights because the lights only switch to full brightness when motion is detected, saving energy.
